Firon
Okay, everyone keep all this UPnP stuff to one thread.Post the EXACT messages from the Logger, and if you can access the XML file from your browser, please save it and upload it somewhere, then link here. If you can't do that, then paste it here into a code box. Failing that, e-mail me the XML file, along with the Logger messages. firon@utorrent.comBig note before reporting anything:MAKE SURE DMZ IS NOT TURNED ON FOR YOU. MAKE SURE THE PORT IS NOT ALREADY FORWARDED!And make sure your router actually SUPPORTS UPnP, and that UPnP is turned on. If you ONLY see Unable to map UPnP Port in the Logger, this may be the case. MoJo
Mine says that the port is forwarded but it really isn't as I end up getting a Red light at the bottom, when I usually get a green light when I manually forward my connection.Routers XML file-<root>−<specVersion><major>1</major><minor>0</minor></specVersion>−<device> −<deviceType>urn:schemas-upnp-org:device:InternetGatewayDevice:1 </deviceType><friendlyName>UNEX (DSL)</friendlyName><manufacturer>Unex Technology Corporation.</manufacturer><modelDescription>Internet Gateway Device for DSL</modelDescription><modelName>UNEX</modelName><modelNumber>12345XYZ001</modelNumber><serialNumber>00000222</serialNumber><UDN>uuid:5825F8BA-75D2-a1a2-BAA2-0FEA7BC5D05D</UDN><UPC/> −<serviceList> −<service><serviceType>urn:schemas-upnp-org:service:Layer3Forwarding:1</serviceType><serviceId>urn:upnp-org:serviceId:L3Forwarding1</serviceId><SCPDURL>/L3Fwd.xml</SCPDURL><controlURL>/UD/?0</controlURL><eventSubURL>/?0</eventSubURL> </service> </serviceList> −<deviceList> −<device><deviceType>urn:schemas-upnp-org:device:WANDevice:1</deviceType><friendlyName>WAN Device Sample</friendlyName><manufacturer>Allegro Software Development Corp</manufacturer><modelName>WAN Device</modelName><UDN>uuid:04BBE68A-A736-a1a2-ADA6-BB53E815220A</UDN><UPC/> −<serviceList> −<service> −<serviceType>urn:schemas-upnp-org:service:WANCommonInterfaceConfig:1 </serviceType><serviceId>urn:upnp-org:serviceId:WANCommonInterfaceConfig</serviceId><SCPDURL>/WanCommonIfc1.xml</SCPDURL><controlURL>/UD/?1</controlURL><eventSubURL>/?1</eventSubURL> </service> </serviceList> −<deviceList> −<device><deviceType>urn:schemas-upnp-org:device:WANConnectionDevice:1</deviceType><friendlyName>WAN Connection Device</friendlyName><manufacturer>Allegro Software Development Corp</manufacturer><modelName>WAN Connection Device</modelName><UDN>uuid:71338B9E-a1a5-41af-A755-A103507F5F50</UDN><UPC/> −<serviceList> −<service><serviceType>urn:schemas-upnp-org:service:WANDSLLinkConfig:1</serviceType><serviceId>urn:upnp-org:serviceId:WANDSLLinkC1</serviceId><SCPDURL>/WanLink.xml</SCPDURL><controlURL>/UD/?2</controlURL><eventSubURL>/?2</eventSubURL> </service> −<service><serviceType>urn:schemas-upnp-org:service:WANPPPConnection:1</serviceType><serviceId>urn:upnp-org:serviceId:WANPPPConn1</serviceId><SCPDURL>/WanPppConn.xml</SCPDURL><controlURL>/UD/?3</controlURL><eventSubURL>/?3</eventSubURL> </service> −<service><serviceType>urn:schemas-upnp-org:service:WANIPConnection:1</serviceType><serviceId>urn:upnp-org:serviceId:WANIPConnection</serviceId><SCPDURL>/WanIpConn.xml</SCPDURL><controlURL>/UD/?4</controlURL><eventSubURL>/?4</eventSubURL> </service> </serviceList> </device> </deviceList></device>−<device><deviceType>urn:schemas-upnp-org:device:LANDevice:1</deviceType><friendlyName>Lan Device sample</friendlyName><manufacturer>Allegro Software Development Corp</manufacturer><modelName>Lan Device</modelName><UDN>uuid:DDC87800-1296-a1a5-96D4-D10C4E2174B1</UDN><UPC/> −<serviceList> −<service> −<serviceType>urn:schemas-upnp-org:service:LANHostConfigManagement:1 </serviceType><serviceId>urn:upnp-org:serviceId:LANHostCfg1</serviceId><SCPDURL>/LanHostCfgMgmt.xml</SCPDURL><controlURL>/UD/?5</controlURL><eventSubURL/> </service> </serviceList></device></deviceList><presentationURL>/</presentationURL></device></root>uTorrent Log[02:41:35] Connecting to http://192.168.62.1:80/DeviceDescription.xml[02:41:35] 0: urn:schemas-upnp-org:service:WANIPConnection:1[02:41:35] 1: /UD/?4[02:41:35] 2: /?4[02:41:35] 3: /WanIpConn.xml[02:41:35] 4: [02:41:35] 5: [02:41:35] UPnP: Discovered new device: http://192.168.62.1:80/UD/?4[02:41:35] <s:Envelope xmlns:s="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/"s:encodingStyle="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/encoding/"><s:Body><u:GetGenericPortMappingEntryResponse xmlns:u="urn:schemas-upnp-org:service:WANIPConnection:1"> <NewRemoteHost></NewRemoteHost> <NewExternalPort>0</NewExternalPort> <NewProtocol></NewProtocol> <NewInternalPort>0</NewInternalPort> <NewInternalClient></NewInternalClient> <NewEnabled>0</NewEnabled> <NewPortMappingDescription></NewPortMappingDescription> <NewLeaseDuration>1835823983</NewLeaseDuration></u:GetGenericPortMappingEntryResponse></s:Body></s:Envelope>[02:41:36] <s:Envelope xmlns:s="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/"s:encodingStyle="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/encoding/"><s:Body><u:AddPortMappingResponse xmlns:u="urn:schemas-upnp-org:service:WANIPConnection:1"></u:AddPortMappingResponse></s:Body></s:Envelope>[02:41:36] UPnP: Mapped port 9155 -> 192.168.62.100:9155The XML encoding for my Router is in UTF-8, but uTorrent seems to have an interpretation problem as it shows boxes in the Log, boxes which disappeared when I copied and pasted to Notepad. They look like this '[][]',but more like a complete box ... hope that helps.EDIT: Made the Router XML syntax more readable as copy and pasting makes a lot lost in translation. You can download the XML file here as well.Router XML
