zuppy Posted October 24, 2005 Report Share Posted October 24, 2005 that speed is only available for downloads from the metropolitan area here, in romania, we have some internet providers that give you low speed internet bandwidth but high speed metropolitan area bandwidth. that means that if you download from somoene that is located in the same city as you, you can download with few megabytes (not bits!).probably he's from romania, because stefan can be a romanian name too.
