I could see peers trying to connect then they would drop off. After downgrading to build 37157 everything was working again. No issues downloading here. The Network test in uTorrent Setup Guide seems to be broken or something(even so status icon at the right bottom says OK). Years ago I disabled UPNP and NAT-PMP options(because i have forwarded port). Everything was good. And now it says that i should enable this options. Why?
