MirceaForce
The download pages says µTorrent Stable (3.2 build 27886), but when I download and install the latest version it says build 27850.Since utorrent 3.2 came out.......major problems have been occurred-when down and up simultaneous the disk is used to much vs utorrent 3.1.2-if your computer is running more than 3 days with utorrent on and exit the program the hole disk is used for several minutes for nothing - compared to 3.1.2 this new version has more problems......maybe you will fix thisI upgraded to 3.xx from 2.2.1 for the "save directory" column.Which 3.xx version do you recommend at the moment?I also noticed when using selective download the xxx.dat file takes awhile to delete itself after I remove the torrent from the list. This was instantaneous in 2.2.1.uTorrent 3.1.2 Build 26821 it's my recommendation

MaKCuMyC
It is strange that the users will have to make the changelogs itself... it's so stupid bugs that developers don't officially fix them. because if they fix, they agree about doing so stupid things. ciaobaby
I'm not completely sure of the reasonThat would usually be done to reduce the impact that hundreds of thousand of clients downloading updates at the same time will have on the update servers. I would think that staggering the updates is preferable to coding the client (for Windows at least) to use BITS (Background Intelligent Transfer Service) that Windows Update uses. McKenna
what sorting? mutli-files are still sortable inside...Name/Size at top of file list as in this screenshot (googled, thus ignore version at top and imagine there are 10's of items in the list). How are they "still sortable inside"? I want to choose before downloading, etc.

I have to manually re-enable "Peers" and "Uploaded" every single time I start uTorrent. This problem did not exist in 3.1.x
Zinedin
Is there really no announcement thread for build 27886?... (iSearched!)Anyway! I'm not exactly sure if this is the exact same problem you are discussing here but I am using 3.2 build 27886 and the problem I have is that uTorrent simply fails to preserve file extensions for the files it downloads.Example:I have downloaded MikroTik 5.20 (a firmware for a router brand).Link:http://thepiratebay.se/torrent/7582726/MikroTik_5.20_con_CrackThe title of this torrent is "MikroTik 5.20 con Crack". (I used the magnet link, not the link for the .torrent file.) The name of the file inside this torrent is "MK5.20.iso" and this is the only file in it.When I click the magnet link I get the prompt asking how to open it in Firefox, I pick uTorrent and click OK. uTorrent prompts me where to save the contents. The Name field is filled as "MikroTik 5.20 con Crack" which is the title of the torrent on the tracker. I just click OK without changing any settings and it is added to the list of downloads. But in the end, the resulting file is "MikroTik 5.20 con Crack".In other words, it sets the file name to be the same as the title of the torrent.Torrent: "MikroTik 5.20 con Crack"Name field in the Add torrent dialog: "MikroTik 5.20 con Crack"Resulting file name: "MikroTik 5.20 con Crack" (notice there's no extension)Actual file name should be: "MK5.20.iso"I thought this affected only ISO files, as some EXE files have worked out well for me. But then it started happening with media files as well. But sometimes, when I right-click a torrent and choose to remove the torrent + the data of it, and then add it again and click OK to download, it actually works out well, and when the download finishes it adds the correct file extension. (I use the .!ut extensions for files that are not completely downloaded and it removes this part and leaves only the actual file extension, i.e. from .iso.!ut to .iso).Is there a quick fix for this available?... do I have to jump to a 3.3 beta or something to get rid of this? Is this thing solved in that version?
rafi
Is there a quick fix for this available?...I've tried it. It auto-reverts *both* the torrent name and the file name to the name to the single-iso-file name here (as soon as the torrent meta-data is being received). Anyway - you can try in with 3.2.1 as well.
